Dog training outcomes vary based on many factors beyond the trainer’s control, including but not limited to genetics, age, health, environment, socialization history, consistency, and handler involvement. Sit for Pets makes no guarantees regarding behavior outcomes, obedience levels, or long-term results.
All training recommendations are based on professional judgment and observed behavior at the time services are provided.
TEMPERAMENT EVALUATION DISCLAIMER
Temperament evaluations conducted by Sit for Pets are based on observed behavior at the time of assessment and represent a snapshot in time. Results are not a guarantee of future temperament, behavior, performance, or suitability for therapy work, adoption placement, or certification.
Behavior may change due to maturation, environment, health, training, stress, or handling. Temperament evaluations are intended to guide decision-making, not predict outcomes.
THERAPY DOG AND CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMER
Participation in therapy dog development programs does not guarantee certification, placement, or acceptance by any therapy dog organization. Certification decisions are made solely by the certifying organization and may be influenced by factors outside the scope of Sit for Pets’ services.
Sit for Pets provides preparation and guidance but cannot guarantee successful completion of CGC testing, therapy dog testing, or ongoing approval.
BOARDING, DAYCARE, AND GROOMING DISCLAIMER
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of dogs in our care, dogs are animals and inherent risks exist when working with or around them. Sit for Pets is not responsible for illness, injury, behavioral changes, or stress-related responses resulting from participation in boarding, daycare, grooming, or group environments, unless caused by proven negligence.
Clients are responsible for informing Sit for Pets of any known medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special handling requirements.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are solely responsible for their dog’s care, handling, supervision, training consistency, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Sit for Pets is not responsible for actions taken by clients, third parties, or external environments.
